    Because we write better together

Based in our unique coaching model, our online group programs give teams of writers the tools and techniques they need to prioritise writing in their lives, overcome their blocks and keep focused.

If you want to to help your writing teams or communities meet their writing goals and hit their publishing targets, we’d love to talk.

Chris and Bec presented a fantastic webinar to our audience about building a writing habit that sticks. Our attendees were interested and engaged and walked away not only with valuable insights, but also actionable steps for how to improve their writing process.  They’re an amazing team – we can’t wait to have them back!

    - Chelsea Bennett, brand engagement manager, Lulu

“We invited Prolifiko to run a workshop focusing on specific needs that participants provided in advance. This included challenges such as the barriers, blocks and pressures that writing often brings. The team addressed all of these and provided practical solutions. We look forward working with them again.

      How your writers learn

Our coaching programs are rooted in theory but take a practical approach. Participants will learn tactics they can immediately apply to their writing.

      • Insight into personal writing ‘tendencies’
      • Techniques to find time and prioritise writing
      • Tactics to deal with procrastination and blocking
      • Methodologies to build motivation and self-confidence

These are the building blocks of a productive writing system which lead to long-term behaviour change and productivity improvements.

“Prolifiko’s program covered incredibly interesting research into writing habits that they’ve carried out. They have a clear grasp of the challenges academics face when it comes to trying to find time to write. Highly recommended!

      - Prof. Kate Pullinger, Director, Centre for Cultural and Creative Industries, Bath Spa University

“Bec spoke at our author event on writing productivity and overcoming procrastination and I can’t recommend her highly enough as a speaker. She knows her stuff in depth and communicates complex ideas in an engaging, warm way.”

      - Alison Jones, owner of Practical Inspiration Publishing and host of The Extraordinary Business Book Club podcast.

      How does Prolifiko coaching work?

Based on thousands of hours working with writers, our coaching model helps you reflect on your writing practice and find a system that’s personal to you. We give you proven approaches, mindset models and tactics to try that build your resilience, combat your blocks and keep you motivated.

What do you mean by a ‘system’?

Productivity is personal. There’s no one way to get the writing done – there are many.  Finding what helps you is an iterative process that involves experimentation, reflection and adaption. Our coaching helps you build a system of approaches that works for you in your life as it is now.

      - Jon Reed, founder of Publishing Talk

“Prolifiko ran an engaging and professional workshop that gave us lots of ideas on how to further support the research and writing of our early career researchers and PhD community. We’d happily welcome them back.”

“I have long admired Bec as someone with her finger firmly on the pulse of all things writing and productivity. In a world of vague promises, Bec is someone who grounds her work in data and psychology, with a keen and quick eye for what makes writers tick. She’s also super efficient, and a joy to work with. She’s the real deal.”

        - Aki Schilz, director of The Literary Consultancy (TLC)

Prolifiko facilitated a highly participatory writing productivity and overcoming procrastination workshop for our network. We enjoyed working with them and will happily invite them back.
