These are the terms of service which apply to Prolifiko and forms an agreement between you and us.

Prolifiko offers this website, including all information and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms of service. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a service from us, you accept these terms of service. You should read them carefully and we recommend you save a copy of them for your future reference. Any new features or services which are added to the current site shall also be subject to the terms of service. Description of the service
prolifiko.com is a website that markets and sells Prolifiko’s range of services aimed at writers. The site contains a blog giving free tips and advice to writers and a newsletter.
Our store is provided by WooCommerce who provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We have a separate website called The Written Academy with it’s own terms and conditions.
Prolifiko uses cookies to store information on your computer, tablet or smartphone. To find out more about how we use cookies you can read our cookie policy and the privacy policy.
Course booking and fees for services
We will send an email confirmation of your order to the email address you provide to us shortly after we confirm your booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide to us is valid.
All orders are non-transferable and must not be resold or passed on for commercial gain.
Full payment of the fee is required at the time we accept your order.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Details of the fees for products and services will be set out on the Prolifiko website and store. Our prices may change at any time but price changes will not affect orders that we have confirmed with you.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Cash or cheques will not be accepted. If you need an invoice please contact us at hello@prolifiko.com.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Refunds and cancellation
Prolifiko may cancel any course or booking at any time prior to its commencement. We will repay any deposit and fees received from you in respect of that order.
Discounts must be redeemed on purchase. Purchasers will not be partially refunded a discount after their purchase is complete.
Feedback and Complaints
Prolifiko services are designed to provide an expert and high-quality experience. At the end of coaching, courses, workshops or services, we offer you the opportunity to provide feedback.
In the event of a complaint, please make your complaint in writing and send to hello@prolifiko.com. We take any complaint seriously and will aim to investigate and respond as quickly as possible.
Our responsibility
Sometimes gremlins might get into the system and prolifiko.com might go down. Other times, we might need to take the service down for essential maintenance. Either way, we make no promises to provide any level of service to users.
Prolifiko Consulting Ltd won’t be liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website.
